LOW INCOME MORTGAGE

Ceiling                     –    G$8,000,000.00
Rate of Interest        –    6.1% up to 90% financing
Repayment period – 15 years maximum

RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE
Rate of Interest        – 10%

Summary of Eligibility Requirements:

• Job Letter and three (3) months payslips
• Estimate(s)/Agreement of Sale
• Approved Plan
• Copy of Transport/Lease/Title
• Recent valuation of property(existing/proposed value)
• Two (2) Photographs (front & side views of property)
• Two (2) forms of Identification (Passport/National I.D. Card)
• Proof of Address
• Proof of Payment of Rates & Taxes
• Income/Salary Assignment
• Assignment of Fire Insurance

Additionally, if you are self-employed we require:

• Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation
• Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years
• Two (2) References
